Deceased Name: Frances Klingensmith

Frances M. Klingensmith, Sarasota, died April 3, 1996.

She was born in Havana and came to Sarasota two years ago from Lake City. A graduate of Florida State University, she was an elementary school teacher for more than 25 years, most recently at Sarasota Middle School. She was a member of First Methodist Church of Lake City.

Survivors include her husband, Jack; her mother, Edith Dickens of Lake City; a daughter, Lisa Paige Thompson of Ocala; a son, David Thompson of Atlanta; a sister, Eleanor Morton of Lake City; and two grandchildren.

A memorial service will be at 11 a.m.today at Pine Shores Presbyterian Church. Toale Brothers Funeral Home, Colonial Chapel, is in charge.
